What the service does

You upload photos of a person, choose one of the video templates we provide, and receive an AI-generated video in which that person replaces a person in the template. You cannot upload your own source videos.

Your photos and your responsibility

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who has given you clear permission.
• You must be 18 or older, and the person in the photos must be 18 or older.
• You may not use the service to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone, or for any purpose listed in our acceptable use policy.
• You are responsible for how you share and use the videos you create.

AI-generated content

Every video is synthetic. Videos carry a visible label and embedded metadata identifying them as AI-generated. You may not remove these labels or present a video as real footage.

Credits and payment

Videos are paid for with credits, bought in packs on the pricing page. One credit covers up to 5 seconds of video; each clip shows how many credits it uses before you start. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe or PayPal). Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Your rights to the videos

You may use the videos you create for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting on your own social media accounts. The original template clips belong to their respective owners.

Our rights

We may refuse, remove or block any upload or video that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts that misuse the service. We respond to takedown requests at zhoudan20265734@gmail.com.

No warranty

AI results vary. We do not guarantee that a video will look exactly like the person in the photos. The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
